Event Rentals

Please be aware, Dreamland Ballroom is undergoing a big change right now! Thanks to support from the National Park Service’s Civil Rights Preservation Grant Program, we are working through updates to our historic space to achieve full compliance with the American’s with Disabilities Act. So, access to the room is limited and bookings will be sparse while we finish up and adjust to this new level of usability! Currently in Phase III of the project, construction will occupy most of the ballroom space for the next several months. Photo Shoots

The Ballroom can be rented as a photo or video shoot location during business hours, Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm or Saturday 10 am-3 pm Rental rates for Dreamland during our open hours are $200 minimum for 2 hours, $350 for 4 hours, $85/hr. for every additional hour. Times outside these normal hours of operation are billed at an extra $75 an hour.
